1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we may process your email address, display name, account identifier, subscription plan, subscription status, and related account metadata. If you contact support, we process the information you include in your message. If you sign in using Google, we may receive basic account information such as your verified email address and profile name for authentication.
2. Drawings, images, and project data
Measurement, markup, and calculator features are designed to run primarily in your browser. Uploaded plan images and PDFs are processed in the browser for the requested tool operation and are not intentionally stored in the ArchOnTheGo account database by the current version of the service. Some project data may be saved in your browser's local storage when you use local project-saving features.
3. Account and subscription data
Supabase is used for authentication and profile/subscription status. We store the minimum information needed to identify your account and determine whether your plan is Free, Pro, or Premium. Subscription records may include Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, but not your full payment-card details.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. ArchOnTheGo does not receive or store your full card number. Paddle may process billing details, payment information, tax information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction records under its own privacy notice and legal obligations.
5. Hosting and infrastructure
Cloudflare is used to host and deliver the website and may process standard technical information such as IP address, request metadata, browser information, security signals, and logs needed to operate and protect the service.
6. Why we use information

7. Cookies and local storage
Authentication providers may use browser storage necessary to keep you signed in. ArchOnTheGo also uses local/session storage for settings, usage counters, and browser-saved project information. These technologies are used for service functionality rather than third-party advertising in the current version of the website.
8. Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, and Paddle, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Retention
Account and subscription records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction/account history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Browser-local project information remains on your device until you delete it, clear browser storage, or remove the relevant project.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also unsubscribe from a paid plan separately from deleting your account. To make a privacy request, contact us at the address below.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards, including HTTPS, authenticated access, database security rules, and server-side subscription verification. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
ArchOnTheGo is intended for professional and general architecture/construction use and is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
