1. About ArchOnTheGo
ArchOnTheGo is the brand providing this browser-based architecture utility suite. The service includes measurement and markup tools, quantity takeoff features, schedules, architecture calculators, converters, project saving features, and related functionality.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a Pro or Premium subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase a subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and all activity performed through your account. You must not share account credentials in a way that allows unauthorized access to paid features.
4. Free, Pro, and Premium plans
The Free plan includes limited use of certain professional workflow features. The Pro plan removes the stated usage limits and includes clean exports and other Pro-only features. The Premium plan includes all Pro functionality plus Premium-only downloadable resource files and other Premium features displayed on the Pricing page. Current limits, features, and prices are displayed before purchase.
5. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Pro and Premium subscriptions are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly according to the option selected at checkout. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management options provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Payments and taxes
Prices shown on ArchOnTheGo may be exclusive of taxes that Paddle is required to calculate and add based on the buyer's location.
7. Refunds
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Architectural and construction disclaimer
ArchOnTheGo is an assistance and calculation service, not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, surveying, code-compliance, or construction advice. Measurements derived from images depend on calibration and source accuracy. You are responsible for independently verifying critical dimensions, quantities, structural decisions, code requirements, and construction documents before relying on them.
9. User content
You retain ownership of drawings, images, plans, dimensions, and project information you use with the service. You represent that you have the right to use any material you upload or process. You must not use ArchOnTheGo to infringe intellectual-property rights or process unlawful content.
10. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass subscription restrictions, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful activity.
11. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features. We may also change Free-plan limits, Pro features, or Premium features. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where reasonably required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Intellectual property
The ArchOnTheGo name, interface, original software, design, and related service materials are owned by or licensed to ArchOnTheGo, excluding user-provided content and third-party libraries or services.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArchOnTheGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by inaccurate source drawings, calibration errors, construction decisions, or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Supabase for account/database functionality, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Paddle for checkout and subscription billing. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Paid subscription rights remain subject to applicable consumer law and Paddle's buyer policies.
