1. Merchant of Record
Paddle processes ArchOnTheGo Pro and Premium transactions, recurring payments, applicable taxes, cancellations, and approved refunds. Refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
2. Refund eligibility
Unless applicable law gives you additional rights, digital-service transactions are generally non-refundable. However, you may submit a refund request to Paddle, and Paddle may approve a refund under its buyer refund rules, including discretionary review of requests made within 14 days of a transaction. Mandatory consumer rights always apply where applicable.
3. How to request a refund
Use the support or subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or visit Paddle's buyer support portal. You may also contact billing@architeamtools.com for product-related assistance with your request.
4. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a Pro or Premium subscription to prevent future renewal charges using the subscription-management link supplied by Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for time already paid unless required by law or approved under Paddle's refund rules.
5. Access after a refund
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or otherwise canceled in a way that removes the paid entitlement, ArchOnTheGo may return the associated account to the Free plan.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a valid cancellation, or billed an incorrect amount, contact Paddle buyer support promptly so the transaction can be investigated.
7. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit statutory rights that cannot be waived. Where local consumer-protection law provides stronger cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or remedy rights, those rights take priority.
